HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In exchange for the opportunity to participate in or receive services from [Company Name], I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Company Name], its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to my acts, omissions, or participation.
This agreement applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and is binding on my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives. I sign it freely, having had the opportunity to review its terms.
