EVENT PARTICIPATION WAIVER
I, the undersigned participant, intending to be legally bound, hereby certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this event, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional.
I acknowledge that this event is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT.
I agree to abide by all event rules and any decisions of event officials. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, traffic, and the condition of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
I hereby grant event organizers the right to use my image, likeness, voice, and name for any legitimate purpose.
