EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to rent equipment from [Company Name], I agree to the following:
1. I accept the equipment in its current condition and am responsible for its safe use and return.
2. I am financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment while it is in my possession.
3. I assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment and release [Company Name] from any liability for injury or damage arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I have inspected the equipment, agree to these terms, and sign this agreement voluntarily.
